THERABODY PowerDot 2.0 Duo

This device uses electrical stimulation to temporarily relieve muscle pain due to strain from exercise and everyday activity. Here’s how you use it: Connect to the accompanying app, select what issues you’d like to address today, and follow the instructions to place PowerDot’s sticky pads on your body and start the device. From there, it’ll send out small, localized electrical signals into your muscles and sensory nerves—a process designed to stimulate muscle contraction and temporarily relieve muscle pain in the applied area. The app helps you create a plan to fit your unique needs and goals, adjust intensity, and track your progress. PowerDot can be used to help improve muscle performance, too, when combined with a healthy lifestyle of regular physical training and a balanced diet.
